Alessandra Fava received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in mechatronics engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy, in 2019 and 2022, respectively.
She is currently a PhD student at ARSControl lab within the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy), where her research focuses on the study of physiological signals – such as EEG, EMG, heart rate, and electrodermal activity – to enhance human–robot interaction. Her work aims to design user-centered and generalizable interaction models that go beyond individual customization, contributing to the development of unified frameworks applicable across diverse users.
