New Product Development Processes: simplification and continuous improvement management of new product development processes based on the System Engineering principles in an real context.

Service Product Development and Integration with Physical Products: development of a structured methodology to guide the integrated development of service products and physical products. The aim is to support companies in shifting from manufacturing to full solution provider.

Research Fellow in Robotics and Automation at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
Research topics: New product development process continuous improvement and System Engineering methodologies.

July 2012 – June 2013
Internship in SDAM s.r.l. (Sport Data Management, https://www.mysdam.net/home.do , Parma, Italy). The main activities were about the design and implementation of a performance control dashboard based on the company’s strategy. A secondary activity was about the study and mapping of all the firm’s business processes at various detail level. The third activity regarded the business plan preparation for a new IT platform development, to be presented at the board council.

February 2013
Master Degree (Laurea Magistrale) in Industrial and Management Engineering at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with thesis titled “Sviluppo and Implementazione di un Sistema di Controllo delle Performance per la piccola impresa, il caso SDAM” (transl “Development and Implementation of a Performance Measurement System into the small firm, the SDAM case”), developed in an internship at SDAM s.r.l (Sport Data Management) (Parma, Italy).

October 2010
Bachelor Degree (Laurea triennale) in Industrial and Management Engineering at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with thesis titled “Applicazioni della tecnologia RFID nell’ambito sanitario” (transl “Applications of the RFID technology in the healthcare environment”), developed in an internship within the University (Reggio Emilia, Italy).
